Furnace or Boiler Service Contract............................$225.00
Includes: Annual Maintenance Clean out, replacement of nozzle, filter, and pump
strainer, vacuum boiler, calibration of burner and chimney inspection.
*All Oil burner parts* All Electric Controls*Emergency Service Calls*
Also includes replacement and/or repair of the following parts: Aquastat, Transformer,
Electrodes, Draft regulator, Blast tube, Limit Control, Air Cone, Ignition Leads, Circulator
Relay, Circulator Motor, Standard Thermostat, and Nozzle Assembly. Oil lines are not
covered under service contract.
Service contracts are all subject to inspection and automatic delivery only.

Annual Preventive Maintenance (Tune-Up).............$125.00
Rates will be subject to change for non customers who do not purchase oil
from Oilman Inc
